About the Role

Equinox Resort Amaala is a luxury lifestyle resort opening in 2026 in Amaala, located on the Red Sea coast in Saudi Arabia. The resort is hiring a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the Learning & Development team and contribute to the launch and day-to-day functioning of the property.

This position is suited to a motivated L&D professional who is interested in luxury hospitality, wants to help deliver strong development programs, and is aligned with Vision 2030. The role will support training operations and help build a service-focused, continuously learning culture across the resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize learning and development activities, including training schedules and the yearly/monthly training calendar.
  • Assist with team member orientation, onboarding sessions, and service culture training.
  • Keep training records accurate, including attendance logs, certification tracking, and LMS information.
  • Help prepare monthly training summaries, dashboards, and learning performance reports.
  • Coordinate training rooms, learning materials, equipment, and communication with participants.
  • Track and follow up with departments to ensure mandatory training is completed on time.
  • Support departmental trainers, workshops, learning campaigns, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with compliance-related training, learning reviews, audits, and quality checks.
  • Contribute to talent development efforts, internship and graduate programs, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Encourage a workplace culture centered on continuous learning, excellent service, and professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a similar field.

Applicants should have 0 to 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training administration, people services, or hospitality operations. Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred, and prior pre-opening exposure will be considered an advantage.

Strong English communication skills are required, and Arabic language ability is a plus. The role also calls for solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Success in this role requires strong organization, coordination, administrative ability, communication skills, and attention to detail, along with a genuine interest in learning, people development, and service excellence.

Additional Information

This is a Saudi National opportunity at an upcoming luxury resort in Amaala. The role is part of the pre-opening and operational build-up for a 2026 launch, and candidates with hospitality training experience and a service-first mindset will be especially well suited.
