What you will do

Qualifications and fit

Applicants should have a solid grasp of analytical thinking and data analytics, along with an understanding of statistics and data modeling for simple descriptive or predictive work. Good communication skills are needed to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Candidates should also be comfortable using spreadsheets and at least one reporting or visualization platform such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or a similar tool. Basic exposure to SQL, Python, or R is helpful, though not mandatory for entry-level candidates. Strong attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting are important. A genuine interest in learning and growing in data analytics is valued. Coursework or a degree in a quantitative, business, or related discipline is a plus, but equivalent skills and experience are also acceptable.
