What you will do
You will help spot patterns and trends in practice data, build straightforward visualizations, and prepare easy-to-understand updates for decision-making. A key part of the job is keeping data accurate, documenting how information is handled, and protecting confidentiality at all times. You will also work closely with the therapist to understand what information is needed and adjust reporting as priorities change.

- Interest in healthcare, mental health, or private practice settings is a plus, and internship or project experience in data analysis would be beneficial.
- A degree or relevant coursework in a quantitative area such as Statistics, Data Science, Psychology with a research focus, or a related subject is preferred, though not required.
