Role Overview

The Implementation Trainer supports client onboarding and system adoption within revenue cycle management operations by delivering practical, workflow-based training. This role helps teams use internal tools and processes effectively, aligns learning with operational goals, and partners with implementation, training, and operations groups to improve user adoption and performance throughout client rollouts.

Schedule: Full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday
Department: Product Implementation
Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, role-specific training on Benchmark workflows, systems, and operational best practices during client implementation projects.
• Lead virtual instructor-led sessions, workshops, and knowledge-transfer meetings for both internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Work with training leadership and implementation teams to build and maintain curriculum that matches day-to-day operational workflows.
• Assist with system readiness tasks, including checking and validating training environments before go-live.
• Review assessment outcomes and participant feedback to strengthen training materials and improve delivery quality.
• Provide follow-up coaching, refresher training, and remediation based on user performance data.
• Create, maintain, and revise training documentation, job aids, and process reference guides.
• Help administer the learning management system by creating or updating courses and tracking training completion.
• Join client project meetings to gather requirements and share updates on training progress and timelines.
• Support post-launch adoption efforts and workflow improvement initiatives after implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Background in revenue cycle management, ideally in business office functions such as insurance, self-pay, or collections.
• Demonstrated experience delivering virtual training, including instructor-led and system-based sessions.
• Experience supporting system implementations, process rollouts, or workflow adoption efforts.
• Strong communication and facilitation ability with confidence presenting to mixed audiences.
• Ability to interpret performance data and adapt training approaches to improve outcomes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business applications, including revenue cycle or practice management systems.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills in a fast-moving environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in training content and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing training curricula, job aids, and structured learning programs.
• Hands-on experience with learning management systems, including course setup and reporting.
• Familiarity with Benchmark workflows, tools, or similar revenue cycle management platforms.
• Previous work in training, instructional design, or enablement within healthcare or RCM.
• Certification or advanced expertise in RCM areas such as billing, insurance follow-up, or collections.
• Experience performing training needs analysis and evaluating learner performance.
• Experience working across implementation, operations, or project teams.
