Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured, role-specific training on Benchmark workflows, systems, and operational best practices during client implementation projects.
  • Lead virtual instructor-led sessions, workshops, and knowledge-transfer meetings for both internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Work with training leadership and implementation teams to build and maintain curriculum that matches day-to-day operational workflows.
  • Assist with system readiness tasks, including checking and validating training environments before go-live.
  • Review assessment outcomes and participant feedback to strengthen training materials and improve delivery quality.
  • Provide follow-up coaching, refresher training, and remediation based on user performance data.
  • Create, maintain, and revise training documentation, job aids, and process reference guides.
  • Help administer the learning management system by creating or updating courses and tracking training completion.
  • Join client project meetings to gather requirements and share updates on training progress and timelines.
  • Support post-launch adoption efforts and workflow improvement initiatives after implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Background in revenue cycle management, ideally in business office functions such as insurance, self-pay, or collections.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering virtual training, including instructor-led and system-based sessions.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, process rollouts, or workflow adoption efforts.
  • Strong communication and facilitation ability with confidence presenting to mixed audiences.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and adapt training approaches to improve outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business applications, including revenue cycle or practice management systems.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills in a fast-moving environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in training content and delivery.

  • Experience designing training curricula, job aids, and structured learning programs.
  • Hands-on experience with learning management systems, including course setup and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Benchmark workflows, tools, or similar revenue cycle management platforms.
