Company Overview

Capital Health is a privately owned healthcare network based in Abu Dhabi. It operates two major UAE facilities: Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital (SRH) and Health Shield Medical Center. SRH delivers acute and long-term rehabilitation services along with inpatient, outpatient, and home-health care. Health Shield Medical Center provides multi-specialty outpatient services, including one-day surgery.

Role Summary

This position is responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities at Health Shield Medical Center and serving as the main in-person HR contact for employees and leadership. The role focuses on smooth execution of site-level HR work, such as operations, employee relations, performance assistance, engagement initiatives, and management information reporting, while ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory standards. It also works closely with the central HC team to support hiring, payroll, and training coordination, and to improve workforce effectiveness through coordination, analysis, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required; additional HR credentials such as CIPD or SHRM are considered an advantage.
• Prior experience of 2 to 4 years in a healthcare setting is required.
• Arabic language fluency is required.
• The candidate must be ready to start immediately.
