Role Overview

The Human Resource Executive will own a broad range of HR functions, from hiring and onboarding to statutory compliance, industrial relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Run the complete hiring process for staff, engineers, supervisors, factory workers, and site-based employees.

Industrial Relations and Union Handling
