Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Homemaker position at the PAF IAST campus in Harīpur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The person in this role will help keep residential or campus living areas clean, orderly, and comfortable. The job covers routine cleaning, organizing, washing clothes, basic household care, and supporting meal preparation or food arrangement when required. The Homemaker will also monitor supplies, coordinate with maintenance or support personnel as needed, and help maintain hygiene and safety standards across shared spaces.

Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and order in rooms, common areas, and other living spaces.
• Carry out regular tidying, washing, and general housekeeping tasks.
• Handle laundry, garment care, and safe use of cleaning tools and materials.
• Assist with simple meal preparation or meal-related arrangements while following hygiene practices.
• Track household or cleaning supplies and support replenishment when necessary.
• Work with maintenance and support staff to address day-to-day needs.
• Follow institutional rules related to hygiene, safety, and living-space standards.
• Complete assigned tasks on schedule and respond to routine requirements of residents or staff.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should be comfortable with housekeeping work and should know how to clean, organize, and maintain living areas. Basic ability to help with food preparation or meal service is important, along with attention to cleanliness and dietary instructions. Familiarity with laundry care, handling clothes properly, and using cleaning equipment correctly is also needed. The role calls for dependable time management, consistent follow-through, and the ability to follow instructions. Good communication, teamwork, and a helpful, service-focused attitude are essential. Basic reading, writing, and number skills are useful for understanding labels, instructions, and simple records. Prior work in homemaking, housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar support role can be an added advantage. Candidates should also be physically able to perform housekeeping duties.
