Role overview

Specsavers is seeking a committed domiciliary optometrist to deliver high-quality eye care to people who are unable to visit a store. The role sits within a friendly, community-oriented team and focuses on providing excellent clinical service and strong customer care while supporting both patient outcomes and wider business goals.

This opportunity is based in Lincolnshire and covers Lincoln, Horncastle, Louth, Skegness, Boston, and Grimsby. You will be joining a team of 19 people.

What you’ll do

You will carry out home visits and provide professional optometry services to patients in their own homes. The role requires a balance of clinical standards, patient-first service, and the ability to work confidently across the covered locations.

• Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience

Candidate profile

The employer is looking for a qualified, GOC-registered optometrist who holds a full driving licence. You should be customer-focused, confident, hardworking, motivated to succeed, and willing to go the extra mile.
