About the role
Sculpted by Aimee, an Irish beauty brand founded in 2016 by makeup artist and entrepreneur Aimee Connolly, is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join its expanding Creative team in the United Kingdom. The role is focused on delivering high-quality creative work across the business, with a strong emphasis on print, in-store merchandising, and brand elevation. You will report to the Lead Designer and help shape both physical and digital brand experiences.
The brand was built to offer products that are simple to use, high-performing, and suited to real-life routines. It now has a strong international presence, with retail, e-commerce, and flagship store operations across multiple markets. Its product range includes makeup, skincare, and body products, and the business places importance on innovation, inclusivity, sustainability, and consistent brand storytelling.
The company promotes an inclusive workplace and encourages applicants from all backgrounds. Equal opportunity is central to its hiring approach, and it values differences in identity, experience, and perspective.
What you will do
- Create premium visual assets for a wide range of channels, including print collateral, retail point-of-sale, visual merchandising toolkits, packaging, web, digital, OOH, and social media.
- Shape the creative direction for in-store experiences such as window displays, fixtures, signage, and merchandising systems that showcase products and improve customer engagement.
- Turn brand strategy into clear and compelling visual merchandising and product narratives across retail, e-commerce, and marketing platforms.
- Work closely with retail, marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to keep launches, campaigns, and seasonal themes aligned across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Oversee the delivery of physical brand materials, coordinating with external suppliers to maintain quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
- Assist with campaign and business-as-usual design needs across events, press, CRM, web, in-store displays, OOH, and digital advertising.
- Maintain and develop brand guidelines while continuing to bring fresh, distinctive ideas that strengthen the brand’s appeal.
- Monitor trends in visual merchandising, retail design, and the beauty industry, and apply new ideas to product presentation and customer experience.
- Support more sustainable design and production methods by considering waste reduction, material selection, and responsible sourcing.
- Help foster an inclusive, ethical, and community-minded culture through your work and behaviour.
- Work with honesty, transparency, and accountability in all creative delivery.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in design, preferably gained in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle environments. A degree in Graphic Design or a closely related subject is preferred, although equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
You should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates capability across print, packaging, web, and retail or visual merchandising work. Solid technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is essential. Experience with production workflows, print finishes, and artwork preparation for print is also required.
The role suits someone who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable handling several projects at once in a fast-moving setting. Strong visual judgement, especially in typography, layout, and brand identity, is important, as are excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility
Applications are welcome from candidates with the relevant design experience and qualifications, including those with equivalent hands-on professional experience in place of a formal degree. The employer encourages people from all backgrounds to apply and considers candidates regardless of race, colour, religion or belief, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, pregnancy and maternity, disability, or age.
