What the role involves

During the first year, selected graduates will take part in 4 to 5 training sessions each week with the company founder and senior consultants. These sessions are followed by hands-on work experience and billable client assignments, helping graduates build practical capability across the full project lifecycle.

The role also calls for strong communication, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and sustained energy. Applicants should be able to provide references from previous employers or teachers.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to Australian citizens, including New Zealand citizens, and permanent residents. Candidates must also hold an Australian Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to project or program management.
