Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests at the front desk
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures
• Coordinate with the reservations team
• Respond to guest questions with patience, friendliness, and a welcoming attitude
• Keep the reception area tidy and presentable

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience at the front office is preferred
• A background or qualification in hotel services is desirable
• A positive, calm, confident, and patient personality
• Strong ability to solve problems effectively
• Experience with hospitality software such as Gastromatic or Opera is an advantage
• Good command of both German and English
