Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary in the range of AED 2,500 to AED 3,000.

Key responsibilities

• Receive visitors at the office and provide them with prompt, courteous assistance.
• Manage reception tasks and respond to general queries directed to the front desk.
• Organize and coordinate in-office meetings as required.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients as well as internal team members.
• Assist with administrative and operational work to support the wider team.

Candidate profile

The company is seeking someone with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Immigration, Real Estate, or Banking. The ideal candidate should present professionally, bring a positive attitude, and be comfortable handling multiple priorities while staying organized.
