Role Overview

Veev is looking for a Finance Analyst to help drive planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations teams covering production, construction, supply chain, logistics, quality, planning, and inventory.
• Coordinate with Operations Planning on delivery timelines and prepare headcount as well as spend forecasts.
• Assist the Supply Chain function with inventory planning and supplier negotiation support.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across fabrication, site construction, and logistics operations.
• Evaluate returns on capital expenditure and compare rent-versus-buy options for equipment.
• Prepare budget-versus-actual reporting and operational KPI dashboards.
• Work with Accounting to support month-end close of financial statements.
• Produce profitability reporting at the project level.
• Handle additional finance, analysis, and reporting assignments as required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance or a closely related discipline is required.
• Prior experience of 2 to 5 years in corporate finance or investment banking is expected.
• Background in technology, real estate development, or manufacturing is preferred.
• You should be highly detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical ability, financial modeling capability, and advanced Excel proficiency are essential.
• You must be comfortable working collaboratively, taking direction, and providing direction when needed to support shared goals.

Compensation

The stated pay range for Hayward, CA and nearby areas is $95,000 to $120,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on skills, education, experience, and location.
