The opportunity

ProCare is hiring an experienced and driven Finance Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term, full-time contract. In this role, you will be involved across the wider finance function, supporting month-end close, preparing monthly board reports, assisting with forecasting and budgeting, and contributing to year-end activities, audit preparation, and annual reporting.

You will also take responsibility for reviewing and strengthening processes within payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall financial performance. In addition, the position includes involvement in process improvement, systems optimisation during the implementation of a new finance system, and other project-based work.

This role suits someone who enjoys blending technical finance knowledge with continuous improvement work in a fast-moving environment.

About you

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong Excel capability, solid experience with finance systems, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Business Central and ERP implementation projects would be an advantage.
