About the Role

This role is designed for an individual with a strong educational background, capable of supporting one of the firm's principal leaders. Responsibilities
- Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize office events and gatherings.
- Prepare meeting materials and take detailed notes.
- Handle intricate calendar management and meeting scheduling.
- Provide professional gatekeeping services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of consistent experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Concur.
- A Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
