About the role
DNAM Brands manages and licenses a collection of well-known fashion and lifestyle labels, such as Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Allbirds, Valentino Orlandi, Badgley Mischka, and others. The company is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Events Coordinator to help plan and deliver brand activations, product introductions, pop-ups, trade shows, influencer gatherings, and experiential campaigns across its brand portfolio.
In this position, you will work alongside the Events Manager and collaborate with teams across marketing, creative, social media, and sales. The role involves supporting event logistics, coordinating with vendors, managing schedules and budgets, and helping ensure smooth execution on the ground. It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in fashion and experiential marketing.
Applicants must already be based in, or be willing to commute to, the Beverly Hills office.
Responsibilities
- Help plan and deliver brand events, product launches, pop-ups, trade shows, influencer events, and experiential marketing activations.
- Manage event logistics such as venue reservations, vendor communication, permits, rentals, catering, and transportation.
- Assist with tracking budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and other event-related costs.
- Coordinate event timelines, schedules, and production calendars to keep work on track.
- Support coordination of influencers, talent, and guests before and during events.
- Work with marketing, creative, social media, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Help organize event collateral, signage, branded items, and promotional assets.
- Assist with setup, live event support, breakdown, and quick issue resolution.
- Keep event records, vendor contacts, contracts, and post-event summaries well organized.
- Research potential venues, suppliers, and new event opportunities.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in event planning, event coordination, or experiential marketing.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling several projects at once in a fast-moving environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, plus strong interpersonal abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Prepared to work some evenings and weekends, and to travel for events when required.
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle brands, and experiential marketing.
