Event Manager (Client Servicing & Sales)

Role Summary

This position is for an experienced Event Manager focused on client servicing and sales in Gurgaon. The role sits within a marketing and brand solutions environment that works across media, celebrity endorsements, influencer-led campaigns, events, exhibitions, artist management, and integrated brand marketing. The selected professional will oversee full event delivery while also supporting revenue growth through client relationships and business development.

Role Overview

The company is seeking a proactive, client-oriented professional who can manage events from planning to execution while maintaining strong client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in event planning, client servicing, sales, and vendor coordination, with a focus on delivering smooth and impactful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, and promotional campaigns from start to finish.
• Capture client needs accurately and shape tailored event and marketing solutions around them.
• Identify fresh business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build proposals, presentations, budgets, and timelines for projects.
• Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, artists, influencers, and production partners to ensure strong delivery.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage event budgets prudently.
• Keep track of current industry developments, new event formats, and experiential marketing ideas.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Hospitality, or a similar discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in event management, client servicing, or sales.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and support business development.
• Strong spoken and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Practical experience with corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, or experiential marketing projects.

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Budget: 40,000 to 50,000 per month
