The Opportunity

CE Group is looking for a commercially focused and proactive Estimator to join its growing Services division in Yatala. In this role, you will work with the Manager – Services, Business Development, Estimating, and Bid teams to help coordinate and prepare service and maintenance tenders from the initial lead and RFQ stages through to final submission.

This position will suit someone who has worked in electrical, construction, infrastructure, or contractor environments and enjoys handling pricing, scope development, estimating, and methodology preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build pricing, estimates, and tender submissions for service and maintenance work.
• Partner with Business Development and operations stakeholders from the go/no-go decision stage through to submission.
• Assess RFQs, project scopes, and technical documents.
• Create pricing schedules, construction methodologies, and supporting tender material.
• Coordinate input from stakeholders, submission requirements, and tender deadlines.
• Help improve estimating and tendering processes within the Services division.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior estimating experience in electrical, construction, infrastructure, or contractor settings.
• Experience with service and maintenance projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand scopes, pricing requirements, and technical documents.
• Well-developed organisational ability and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Commercial judgment and a collaborative approach across operational and business teams.
