About Kerry

The company is looking for people who bring energy, adaptability, collaboration, and practical ideas for solving real challenges. If you enjoy working with others and want your work to have a real impact, this is an opportunity to grow with a global business.
Programme Overview
This is a permanent, full-time position that starts with a structured two-year graduate programme. From the outset, you will work on real business challenges, learn through planned development, connect with mentors across the global network, and build cross-functional experience to prepare for a successful career.
About the Role
The Food, Safety & Quality (FSQ) Early Careers Program is built to provide demanding but rewarding training across quality and food safety activities at production sites. You will work closely with teams in Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering while developing relationships across Kerry's wider FSQ community.
The purpose of the programme is to help build capable professionals who can move into managerial responsibilities by the end of the two years. Ongoing mentorship and leadership guidance will support your progress throughout the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to quality and food safety improvement projects.
- Set, monitor, analyse, and respond to key performance indicators.
- Take part in audits and site inspections.
- Support quality control work by helping define product specifications, analytical methods, sampling plans, and control processes aligned with system capabilities and consumer needs.
- Work on active quality and safety initiatives in real time.
- Carry out designed experiments and capability studies, then interpret the results.
- Perform risk assessments and help maintain, update, and improve quality and safety systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- You should hold a degree, preferably in Food Technology, Chemistry, Health & Safety, Biotechnology, Science, or a closely related discipline.
- Prior work experience of 1 to 3 years is expected.
- You need strong English fluency, with another language being an advantage.
- You should be eligible to work permanently in the country where you apply.
- You must be willing to travel and relocate if required.
- The role suits candidates who are ambitious, curious, open-minded, agile, and eager to apply their skills in practice.
Additional Information
Please submit only one application for the programme that interests you most; duplicate submissions will not be considered and may be withdrawn.
The planned start date is 1 September 2026.
