Role Overview
This position supports the ongoing delivery of a recurring data privacy service for clients using SAP-based environments. The role is focused on coordinating client engagements, keeping delivery on track, and ensuring privacy-related work is managed smoothly across internal teams and client stakeholders.
About the Work
The company develops software and services closely integrated with SAP to help organizations handle large datasets, protect sensitive information, and manage privacy compliance across production and non-production environments. As privacy regulations become stricter, clients need support with access risk, data masking, data access requests, and related controls.
This role has been created for a newer service model where the company stays involved with the client after implementation, providing ongoing support, regular reviews, and change coordination.
Key Duties
- Support project initiation and closure by coordinating with resourcing and consulting teams so that scope, delivery documentation, and governance materials are in place.
- Track the engagement schedule and make sure planned reviews, changes, and upgrades are resourced and completed on time.
- Monitor actual service delivery against the agreed scope and flag any differences that may require commercial review.
- Serve as the main contact for service tickets, route issues to the right people, and help maintain a strong client experience.
- Coordinate post-delivery follow-up, client feedback, and lessons learned activities.
- Work with leadership to confirm coverage across different time zones and languages.
- Track estimated effort versus actual time spent and share updates with leadership.
- Assist with project updates and ongoing maintenance for active engagements.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will bring strong client communication skills, a structured approach to coordination, and experience managing processes and documentation in a busy professional services setting. The role also requires flexibility to work across global time zones and to travel when needed.
Required Experience and Skills
- Substantial experience in client-facing communication.
- Advanced practical use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- More than 10 years of experience in organisation and process management.
- Experience in process design.
- Excellent business English and documentation ability.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support global teams.
Workplace and Benefits
- Competitive salary package based on experience.
- Health insurance coverage.
- Work-from-home arrangement.
- Mobile phone allowance.
- Laptop allowance.
- Flexible working hours with no fixed core hours.
- Training support, including official certifications and project management development.
- Remote home-based setup with travel to client locations and company offices as required.
Additional Information
