Role summary

The Data and Reporting Analyst is part of the Evaluation and Learning team and reports to the Data and Analytics Manager. This position plays an important role in the organization’s data operations, including administration of the Apricot case management platform, support for funder and contract reporting, HMIS data entry and quality control for eligible contracts, and broader data quality work. The role calls for strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and comfort with both technical and operational data work.

Key responsibilities

The analyst will maintain and improve data systems and reporting processes, support internal and external reporting, help ensure data accuracy across platforms, and assist staff in using systems effectively. This includes day-to-day system administration, documentation, training, troubleshooting, and data quality support.

Additional information

The role may require occasional evening and weekend work, along with some travel. Local candidates are preferred, and relocation support is not available. The organization is unable to sponsor work visas now or in the future.

Compensation and benefits

The salary range is $63,400 to $68,162 per year for Northern California and $60,350 to $64,880 per year for Southern California. Compensation depends on education and experience.
