Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)

Role overview

We are seeking a motivated junior-level Data Analyst to support reporting, data preparation, and analytical work that helps teams make better business decisions. This role suits someone who enjoys working with data, pays close attention to detail, and wants to build a career in analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, process, and organize information from internal and external sources.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and useful insights.
• Create and update reports, dashboards, and visual summaries.
• Provide timely and accurate data support to business teams.
• Track key performance indicators and monitor business metrics.
• Check data for accuracy through validation, cleaning, and quality control.
• Coordinate with different teams to understand reporting and analysis requirements.
• Document data workflows, reporting steps, and analysis methods.
• Support one-off reporting and analysis requests when needed.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of data analysis concepts and methods.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Exposure to SQL or visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
• Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical ability.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to present findings in a clear and effective manner.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting.
• A diploma or degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, IT, or a similar area is preferred.
• Internship or college project experience in data analysis will be considered a plus.
