Role Summary

The opening is for a Customer Service Executive handling inbound customer interactions. The role is suited to candidates with prior experience in customer service and strong communication ability in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer calls and respond to queries in a professional manner.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in inbound customer service is required.

• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Candidates should be comfortable with a day-shift schedule within a 9 AM to 9 PM shift window.
• The role follows a 5-day working week.

Compensation

The package offered is ₹4.5 LPA, with an estimated in-hand salary of ₹31,000 per month.
