Customer Service Associate

About the role

ALLEN Digital is hiring a Telecaller / Customer Service Associate for its Bangalore office. The company is building an edtech platform designed to give students support and learning experiences beyond the traditional classroom, backed by a strong partnership and experienced leadership.

This is a full-time, on-site role suited to candidates who are comfortable speaking with students and parents, handling follow-ups, and supporting admissions-related communication.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to students and parents to share information about courses and admissions.
• Track and follow up on leads and incoming inquiries.
• Explain course details in a clear and simple manner.
• Arrange walk-ins and demo sessions.
• Record and update call activity in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of English, Hindi, and/or Kannada.
• Candidates with fresh experience may apply.
• Undergraduates and diploma holders are eligible.
• Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to candidates with at least 1 year of experience. Freshers are also mentioned as eligible in the role requirements.

Compensation and offer

The annual salary range is INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,00,000. A job offer is listed as a perk. The position is based in Bangalore and requires immediate joining.
