Role summary
HMD Transport is hiring a friendly, adaptable, and ambitious CRM Admin to support the team from Skopje.
What you'll do
- Build a clear understanding of the sales team's processes, pain points, and goals.
- Strengthen operations through CRM administration and advisory support.
- Provide day-to-day system support for the CRM platform.
- Set up and maintain advanced workflow rules, data validation logic, and permission structures.
- Coordinate with third-party applications, plugins, and other connected tools.
- Manage lead generation administration through ZoomInfo, including workflows and sales flows.
- Work with HubSpot and ZoomInfo support teams when technical help is required.
- Support LinkedIn helper administration by monitoring and using sequences for the sales team.
- Create reports and deliver them through Looker Studio.
Requirements
- Prior experience using CRM software, with HubSpot considered a strong advantage.
- Previous exposure to lead-generation tools, preferably ZoomInfo.
- High school diploma or above; a degree in data analysis is an added benefit.
- Strong spoken and written English is required.
- Ability to work well in a team; experience with remote teams is a plus.
- Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
