Role Overview
The Baton Rouge office is hiring for a Courier who can also step in as a backup receptionist when needed. This position supports daily office operations, local errands, and facilities-related tasks.
Key Duties
- Make daily runs to courthouses, insurance companies, and for accident reports.
- Handle client-related deliveries, post office trips, and errands to other businesses as needed.
- Serve as backup support for building maintenance-related projects when required.
- Help keep storage spaces in the office tidy and organized.
- Support the Facilities Manager with trips to the storage facility to pick up or drop off office items.
- Provide backup reception coverage when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
- A clean and dependable driving record is required.
- Must hold a valid Louisiana driver’s license.
- Professional presentation and a service-oriented attitude are important.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership are expected.
- Prior courier experience is considered an advantage.
