Role overview
We are hiring a resourceful, quick-thinking, and imaginative Content Writer who can translate complicated subjects such as warranties, insurance, claims, and e-commerce into content that is easy to understand and built to convert. The role spans the entire funnel, including website copy, emails, advertisements, landing pages, case studies, sales enablement materials, and product education content.
The company is building an AI-native, agentic warranty business from the ground up. This position is highly ownership-driven and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, wants exposure to the full insurance and warranty stack, and is eager to create work that has a direct impact on revenue, conversion, and retention. You will work closely with the CEO, growth, partnerships, and product teams to produce content that generates leads, improves conversions, and strengthens merchant trust.
Key responsibilities
- Create persuasive website and landing page copy for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Draft partner newsletters and related communication material.
- Develop merchant-facing assets such as one-pagers, decks, FAQs, training documents, and launch kits.
- Write customer-facing content including plan explanations, claim instructions, help center articles, and support scripts.
- Produce case studies, testimonials, and partner highlight stories.
- Convert product changes and launches into clear announcements and release notes.
- Preserve a consistent brand voice that feels simple, confident, and trustworthy.
- Collaborate with design teams on banners, PDFs, and sales collateral.
- Use performance data such as CTR, conversion, attach rate, and SEO results to refine and improve content.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional writing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
- Strong command of writing that is clear, concise, persuasive, and natural.
- Solid understanding of conversion-focused copywriting and messaging.
- Ability to simplify technical or regulated subjects without sacrificing accuracy.
- Comfort with fast-paced execution, feedback, and repeated iteration.
- Good research ability and sound judgment when evaluating credibility.
- Bonus: experience with SEO, including topic planning, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
- Bonus: exposure to warranties, insurance, payments, or claims content.
- Must-have strengths include copywriting, storytelling, editing, rewriting for clarity and conversion, basic funnel and buyer psychology knowledge, collaboration with founders and cross-functional teams, and strong attention to detail for policy or coverage language.
- Work style should suit a high-ownership, high-speed, high-standard environment with direct feedback and quick iteration.
