Role overview

Xpresso Global is seeking a Content Creator based in Calicut/Kozhikode, Kerala, who can turn ideas into engaging stories and adaptable copy. The ideal candidate should be comfortable shaping content for different digital channels and brand audiences, while keeping messaging aligned with each brand’s tone and strategy.

Core responsibilities

• Develop attention-grabbing content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, blogs, and other brand communications.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content and communication points.
• Partner with designers, strategists, and account managers to execute campaign ideas effectively.
• Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions and help build content for launches and campaigns.
• Support content planning by drafting calendars, captions, scripts, and other short-form copy needs.
• Create content suited to varied brand categories, including lifestyle, fashion, education, and youth-focused work.
• Keep up with social media trends, emerging formats, and platform-specific best practices.

Skills and qualifications

• A strong portfolio or writing samples that demonstrate storytelling, ideation, and content creation ability.
• Excellent written and verbal command of English and Malayalam.
• Working knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines, and stay effective in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort with collaboration, feedback, and ongoing learning.
