The job sits at the intersection of community development, marketplace growth, and operational execution, with a direct influence on how resilient and scalable the network becomes. It is a fast-moving, highly analytical environment where testing, learning, and clear business impact are essential. You will help build the growth infrastructure, improve user journeys, and create long-term expansion mechanisms that support broader business goals across different geographies.
Key responsibilities
- Build and roll out scalable acquisition plans that increase contributor and user participation in priority regions and markets.
- Spot strong growth opportunities by studying market trends, geographic patterns, and performance data.
- Improve onboarding and activation paths so people reach first participation faster and move through the funnel more efficiently.
- Strengthen network density by growing active contributor coverage, improving participation levels, and supporting balanced expansion across markets.
- Create and oversee referral initiatives and organic growth programs that drive steady, community-led scaling.
- Track acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement results, then use those insights to keep improving performance.
- Run structured growth tests, assess the results, and put enhancements in place to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Prepare regular performance updates and strategic recommendations for leadership based on measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 4-8+ years of experience in growth, community expansion, marketplace development, user acquisition, or a closely related field.
- Strong track record of building and scaling distributed user networks, online communities, marketplaces, or contributor ecosystems.
- Solid analytical ability, including work with growth funnels, conversion metrics, retention analysis, and performance improvement.
- Proven experience designing, running, and evaluating structured experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and engagement.
- Experience working across several geographic markets and adapting growth approaches to different user groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a data-first mindset, and a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities well, and perform in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
Benefits
- Entirely remote work setup with flexible working arrangements.
- Chance to contribute to the scaling of a global contributor and marketplace ecosystem.
- High-impact position with direct influence on growth and network expansion.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative culture that values ownership and new ideas.
- Exposure to international markets and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong room for learning, professional development, and career progression.
- Autonomy to design, test, and implement growth systems that create measurable business results.
