About the Role
This position sits within the SEA, Hong Kong and Taiwan communications team and supports corporate communications, internal communications, and publicity work across streaming and title campaigns. The role calls for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable handling both strategic coordination and day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with communications activities, agency coordination, and asset handling.
- Provide support to the Senior Director of Communications on both communications planning and administrative work.
- Coordinate logistics for titles and activations, maintain detailed project timelines, and solve issues quickly as they arise.
- Work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to secure approvals and review campaign sensitivities.
- Compile updates from news, summaries, alerts, and global reports.
- Monitor media coverage and help identify media contacts for junkets and screener access in partnership with agencies and international publicity teams.
- Collect coverage results from markets without agency support and prepare monthly highlights for the global team.
- Manage the flow of campaign assets and share them with agencies and relevant internal teams.
- Track deliverables across multiple campaigns.
- Support administrative processes such as raising PRs and POs in Ariba and following up with finance.
- Initiate requests for legal documents before onboarding agencies or vendors, and follow the process through procurement, contract completion, and vendor upload.
- Assist the wider team with research and other related tasks as needed.
Required Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with solid interpersonal and operational skills. The role suits a quick learner who can adjust their approach based on what the situation requires, take feedback constructively, and use it to improve. Good time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are important. A genuine interest in entertainment, media titles, and public relations or publicity is also highly valued. Knowledge of Chinese (Traditional or Simplified) or Bahasa Indonesia would be an advantage when working with regional stakeholders.
