Role Overview

Seeds is hiring a Client Support Specialist to provide timely, accurate help to clients using the Seeds platform, its investment offerings, and trade operations. This role also contributes to client onboarding, documentation work, experience improvements, and other client-facing initiatives as needed.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a primary client advocate by responding quickly to questions, concerns, and service requests.
  • Handle incoming queries about the platform, investment solutions, billing, account management, and trade operations.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and escalate cases when needed to meet service-level expectations.
  • Maintain precise records of client conversations, issues, and resolutions in the CRM or customer management system.
  • Gather client feedback, suggestions, and recurring pain points, then share them with product and development teams to support improvements.
  • Use internal documentation, knowledge bases, and support tools to speed up responses and problem-solving.
  • Help onboard new clients so they are set up for a successful start.
  • Stay current on fintech trends, platform changes, and industry updates to deliver informed support.
  • Contribute to client-facing operational work such as event coordination, shipping and receiving, marketing support, and sales administration.
  • Support documentation, user experience improvement, and enablement-related projects.
  • Partner with the Trade Operations team to open new accounts and handle trade-related tasks within required SLA timelines.
  • Communicate with clients through email, chat, and occasionally phone or video meetings.
  • Take on other role-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in client support or customer service within wealth management or the financial sector. Experience in trade operations or investment management is considered a plus. A strong understanding of financial technology, financial services, wealth management, and RIA compliance is important, and prior experience in an early-stage startup environment is strongly preferred.

Candidates should have a background in business, finance, communication, or a related discipline, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a client-first mindset, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several inquiries at once. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zendesk and other support tools is needed, along with genuine interest in fintech and trade operations. The role also requires strong teamwork skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to follow strict SLA requirements tied to trading activity.
