Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position is based in Kumasi and focuses on client service and account coordination. The selected person will act as the main point of contact for clients, handle enquiries, support expectation management, and help ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You Will Do
- Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Collect project needs and expectations from clients and share them with the right internal teams.
- Work closely with design, marketing, and analytics teams to keep projects moving.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up to make sure deadlines are met.
- Prepare regular updates for clients and keep them informed on progress.
- Record client feedback and help resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Support client account financial checks, including invoice confirmation and payment-status tracking, alongside the finance team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have strong client service and customer service abilities, along with the confidence to build trust, manage expectations, and respond quickly to client needs. Clear communication, active listening, and a professional approach are essential. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and relationship building is important, as is the ability to stay organised while handling several requests at once. Experience in client-facing or account management work, especially in marketing, advertising, or a similar service-based field, will be an advantage.
Education and Experience
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience may also be considered. Basic knowledge of finance as it relates to client accounts, invoicing, and payment tracking is beneficial.
Working Environment
The role requires comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced office setting in Kumasi, with the ability to use common office and communication tools confidently.
