Checker Specialist

Role overview

This position supports daily warehouse terminal activity in Singapore, with responsibility for the movement and control of cargo through receiving, put-away, staging, loading, and dispatch. The role also involves coordination across dock areas, shipment schedules, inventory accuracy, and safe handling practices within a fast-moving logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out terminal warehouse tasks covering receipt of goods, put-away, staging, loading, and outbound dispatch.
• Manage dock and staging operations so inbound and outbound movements stay efficient and well coordinated.
• Take part in inventory checks, stock validation, cycle counts, and reconciliation of variances.
• Record transactions and update documentation accurately and on time in WMS and ERP systems.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods visually and escalate any damage, mismatch, or quality issue.
• Use material handling equipment only within authorized scope and follow all safety practices while operating it.
• Work with transport partners, drivers, and internal stakeholders to manage daily shipment plans and resolve issues.
• Contribute to workplace organization, safety adherence, KPI delivery, and ongoing improvement activities.
