Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients using a company-provided contact database.
- Present and explain the company's product and service offerings to interested prospects.
- Identify and qualify leads by assessing customer needs and interest levels.
- Organize appointments and product presentation sessions for the sales team.
- Keep customer information updated in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Maintain consistent engagement with prospects to build lasting relationships.
- Respond to basic inquiries from customers and provide detailed information.
- Achieve assigned daily and weekly targets related to calls and lead generation.
- Compile regular reports summarizing call results and sales efforts.
