Role overview
We are looking for a business development professional who can manage the complete sales journey, from first contact through closing. The right candidate will be comfortable starting new client relationships as well as nurturing long-term partnerships, while using strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach.
Key responsibilities
- Create and develop relationships with prospective clients.
- Stay in regular touch with current clients to support retention and growth.
- Handle and organize the sales pipeline effectively.
- Review market trends and identify ways to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Monitor performance metrics to help ensure sales targets are achieved.
Required qualifications
The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of experience in the sales industry. Prior exposure to the full sales cycle, including closing deals, is important. A track record of sales success, strong negotiation ability, and excellent communication and presentation skills are expected. Familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
