Role overview
In this bartending role, you will take care of the bar area, prepare drinks and cocktails, and support smooth service during regular operations as well as events. The position also involves guest interaction, teamwork with the service staff, and contributing ideas to improve bar operations.
Key duties
- Prepare the daily mise en place, including setting up and closing down the bar.
- Serve beverages and mix cocktails both à la carte and for events.
- Support the ongoing improvement and development of the bar.
- Welcome, assist, and advise guests in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the service team to keep operations running efficiently.
- Handle premium branded products carefully and responsibly.
Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or behind the bar.
- Good command of German and English.

- Willingness to work at weekends and during night shifts.
