About the Role

The organization is looking for skilled aviation instructors who can guide learners through structured instruction and help shape the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers.

This position is centered on delivering effective teaching, supporting learner growth, and continuously enhancing aviation training content to stay in line with international expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct organized aviation training sessions in a clear and structured manner.
• Create, refine, and update lesson plans as well as course materials.
• Track learner performance and offer constructive, professional feedback.
• Preserve strong standards for instruction quality and classroom engagement.
• Work closely with other instructors and academic partners to support training delivery.
• Keep abreast of developments in aviation regulation and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Background in aviation education or technical training.
• Capability to develop well-structured learning content.
• Strong ability to facilitate both classroom and workshop-based learning.
• Understanding of aviation maintenance or EASA-related systems.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to keep learners engaged.
• Exposure to digital learning tools is considered beneficial.
• Relevant qualifications in aviation, engineering, or education.
