Role overview
This role supports Relationship Managers in building and maintaining client relationships, responding to customer needs, and delivering solutions across the bank’s products and services. It also includes responsibility for accurate documentation, adherence to regulatory requirements, strong administrative coordination, and support in preparing proposals and marketing collateral.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between the front office teams in Marketing and Business Development and the back office.
- Make sure the documentation required to open and manage client relationships, as well as process customer transactions, is complete and properly organized.
- Support Relationship Managers in managing client accounts and addressing their requirements.
- Handle customer questions about the bank’s products and help find suitable responses or solutions.
- Ensure all documentation is processed in line with the bank’s established policies.
- Maintain proper customer management while supporting internal compliance with the regulatory framework and the bank’s operating procedures.
- Assist Relationship Managers in reviewing customer trends and economic performance, and help initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Carry out preliminary tasks and prepare drafts of documents, proposals, and marketing materials.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant has 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Economics, Marketing, Business, or Law. A solid understanding of documentation and operational workflows is required, along with strong English communication skills. The candidate should also be comfortable working with financial information and databases, and be familiar with local laws, banking regulations, and standard industry practices.
