Role Overview
CareCone Group is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to build and operationalize machine learning solutions in an on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The position focuses on applying AI and ML to airline revenue management challenges and delivering production-ready systems on Azure Databricks and related cloud services.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, train, and release AI and machine learning models on Azure Databricks.
- Apply ML techniques to airline revenue management areas including fare optimization, demand forecasting, seat inventory optimization, and dynamic pricing.
- Create scalable data pipelines with Spark, Databricks, and Azure data services.
- Partner with business stakeholders and data teams to convert revenue management needs into AI-based solutions.
- Own the full ML workflow from data cleansing and feature engineering through model training, validation, and deployment.
- Tune models for strong performance and reliable scaling in production setups.
- Connect ML outputs with airline platforms and analytics environments.
- Track model results over time and keep improving accuracy and business value.
