Account Executive (Full Training Provided)

Role overview

Access Healthcare is hiring an Account Executive to join its growing sales team in Dublin 2 on an on-site basis. This role is suited to someone energetic, ambitious, and motivated to build a long-term career in sales. Full, industry-recognised training is provided, so prior expertise in every area is not required from day one.

What you will do

• Research the market to identify potential customers, understand trends, and uncover commercial opportunities.
• Build and execute lead-generation approaches to create new business pipelines.
• Develop trusted relationships with both existing and prospective clients, learning their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Handle commercial discussions and negotiate agreements that work well for both the client and the business.
