Account Executive

Role Overview

We are representing an independent creative agency with more than two decades of experience across annual reports, branding, campaign work, content, and digital delivery for major organisations and public-sector clients. The agency is seeking an Account Executive who can stay organised, take initiative, and contribute to business growth while supporting client servicing and project coordination.

This position blends account management, project oversight, and new-business support. It suits someone who enjoys working closely with people, keeping projects moving, and spotting opportunities to expand client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee creative assignments through each stage, from launch to completion.
• Work with clients, designers, writers, and external partners to keep delivery on schedule.
• Develop and nurture client relationships while supporting ongoing account needs.
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing quotations.
• Track potential business leads and follow up on new opportunities.
• Source prospects through outreach, LinkedIn, and referral channels.
• Update CRM records and project management tools accurately.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and support daily work.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in an agency, marketing, communications, or a similar environment.
• Good written and verbal communication along with strong organisation skills.
• Exposure to social media, content, or digital marketing work.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, project management platforms, and AI tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and open to learning.
• Able to work on your own and handle several priorities at once.
• Thrives in a busy, collaborative, and fast-moving setting.
