About the internship

This HR internship is designed for candidates interested in gaining hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate coordination, and onboarding support in a remote, part-time setup.

What you'll do

• Stay in touch with candidates and keep communication clear so follow-ups happen smoothly.
• Support onboarding activities and help selected candidates move through the joining steps.
• Keep the candidate records organized and update the database regularly.

Stipend and payout details

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 11,000 to 1,52,000. The compensation includes a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month plus an incentive component of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 per month.
