About the internship
This three-month, full-time in-office internship is based in Bangalore and begins immediately. The role focuses on account handling, billing support, collections, and client communication for the business team.
What you'll do
- Create and track client invoices, match payments against accounts, and keep financial records organized using accounting tools and spreadsheets.
- Reach out to clients regarding overdue payments, handle billing questions in a professional manner, and help ensure collections are completed on time while preserving good client relationships.
- Assist the business team in spotting opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to current clients, coordinate with internal teams, and support client communication and account management activities.

Additional requirements
- Candidates located in Bangalore are preferred.
- Strong English speaking and writing skills are required.
- Knowledge of Hindi and Telugu is highly preferred.
- Basic familiarity with MS Excel and accounting concepts is an advantage.
- The role calls for strong interpersonal ability and the confidence to build positive client relationships.
Stipend
