Role Overview

As the Workplace Manager for ANZ, you will be responsible for the workplace experience and operating approach across Netflix sites in Sydney.   • Develop strong relationships with senior regional and global leaders, and use a clear understanding of the ANZ business outlook to anticipate space, trend, and culture needs.
  • Own workplace communications from start to finish, delivering operational updates and insights in a way that supports alignment and shared understanding across the organization.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Operations partners such as Portfolio Management, Program Delivery, EHS, Food & Beverage, Events, and Enterprise Security to deliver strong workplace programs and experiences. Engage Employee Resource Groups to help expand and strengthen culture.
  • Act as an informed decision-maker, using business context to navigate uncertainty, make local calls, and translate global direction into practical local standards.

Team Leadership and Operations

  • Lead, support, and motivate an agile, inclusive team made up of internal employees and strategic partners, while encouraging a strong feedback culture that supports innovation and scale.
  • Deliver high-quality workplace services across building operations, food and beverage, event delivery, and workplace programming so that the work environment reflects the Enterprise Operations Northstar and Netflix culture.
  • Promote a proactive and visible Environmental Health and Safety approach that protects employee well-being and maintains compliance without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

Portfolio and Financial Stewardship

  • Partner on workplace planning efforts tied to changing business needs, including office expansions, neighborhood planning, relocations, restacks, and densification projects, while improving space use and efficiency.
  • Manage landlord relationships and oversee strategic workplace vendors, while retaining accountability for budget forecasting, cost control, and risk management.
