Overview

Arclite is hiring a skilled UX/UI Designer to shape clear, engaging, and attractive user experiences for its CRM platform. In this role, you will influence how customers navigate and interact with the product so that it feels both practical and enjoyable to use.

Responsibilities

Create clean, intuitive interfaces and user flows for both web and mobile experiences.
Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished mockups from user and product requirements.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to bring design concepts into the final product.
Carry out user research and usability tests to uncover insights that can guide design improvements.
Establish and update a design system that keeps the product experience consistent across platforms.
Keep track of current UX/UI practices and design trends, especially within SaaS and CRM products.
Refine designs using user feedback and product performance data.

Requirements

Hands-on experience working as a UX/UI Designer, ideally on SaaS or technology-focused products.
Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your design approach, process, and outcomes.
Good understanding of responsive and adaptive design concepts.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Exposure to front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar field is preferred.
