Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer queries and provide prompt, effective resolutions.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, international voice, or BPO work is preferred.
• Strong spoken English communication is essential.
• Prior exposure to telecom, customer care, contact center, or international process environments is an advantage.
• Should be able to handle customer issues with confidence and a solution-oriented approach.
• Must be open to working in US rotational shifts.
• A customer-first mindset along with a sales-oriented attitude will be valuable.

Compensation and Benefits

Take-home salary can go up to 36K. Additional benefits include cab facility for both sides, health insurance, and medical support.
