Overview
This remote contract opportunity is for a Training Development & Deployment Specialist supporting a national staffing firm’s prominent client. The role is focused on helping Medical Safety and/or Global Development business process owners with content management and compliance training activities within a Quality Management System (QMS) environment.
The pay rate for this assignment is $42.46 per hour on a W2 basis.
What you will do
- Partner with Medical Safety and/or Global Development process owners to support end-to-end content management and compliance training work inside the QMS framework.
- Build and maintain project plans, including tasks, schedules, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead project coordination across the full lifecycle, from creating content in BPMN format and securing approval in a content management storage system, through identifying training needs, defining the target audience, developing training materials, and deploying training in an LMS.
Required background
The position calls for a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience. Candidates should have experience deploying training in the SUMMIT Learning Management System or a comparable LMS. A strong track record in document lifecycle management is also needed, along with proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart and standard MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
