Overview

The IMA Group is looking to add Tier 1 Schedulers for an upcoming training cohort. This is a full-time remote position centered on coordinating medical and psychological exam appointments and handling high-volume phone support in a busy, fast-moving setting.

Compensation and schedule

Pay is $16 per hour. The role is scheduled for 40 hours each week.

What you'll do

Arrange appointments for medical and psychological examinations
Answer and place inbound and outbound calls
Record scheduling details accurately and keep them up to date
Work closely with clients, providers, and internal teams

What the role requires

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in clerical work, a call center, or customer service
Solid computer proficiency
