About the Role

The position is for a Technology Program Lead focused on workplace and infrastructure transformation. The selected candidate will lead a major client program involving end-to-end planning, rollout, and optimization of IT infrastructure and modern workplace solutions as part of a large office renovation initiative.

What You Will Do

• Build and run the technology plan so it stays aligned with the renovation timeline and wider business goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the client and handle communication with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery of several infrastructure workstreams from start to finish across program phases.
• Coordinate activities between IT teams, facilities, construction partners, and external vendors.
• Lead RFP activities, assess vendors, and support contract discussions and negotiations.
• Plan migration, cutover, and deployment activities to ensure a smooth transition.
• Put in place governance, testing, QA, and implementation controls.
• Track risks, schedules, and progress, and prepare reporting for executive leadership.
• Support adoption through communication planning and change management efforts.
• Guide post-launch stabilization, improvement, and handover to operations.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT project or program management.
• Background in MSP, IT services, or consulting environments is required.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks, data centers, and security.
• Hands-on experience with AV systems, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
• Working knowledge of modern workplace platforms such as Microsoft 365 and endpoint ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage large programs valued at $2M or more.
• Comfort in senior stakeholder settings, including direct interaction with C-level leaders.
• Experience handling vendors and running RFP processes.
• Experience planning migrations, deployments, and cutover activities.
• PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
• Previous involvement in office relocation, smart building, or workplace transformation programs is advantageous.
• Exposure to change management methods is beneficial.
• Strong client-facing presence and communication skills.
• Ability to work in complex environments with many stakeholders.
• Capable of leading visible transformation programs with high business impact.
