Technician I (Process)

Role overview

This position is an individual contributor role that operates with limited supervision. It calls for practical subject matter knowledge and the ability to interpret specific operational needs before applying the right tools and techniques. The role primarily supports day-to-day production activities.

Core responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and run machines and equipment while adhering to production schedules and quality requirements.
• Track production activity closely and take action to keep processes running smoothly.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues on the product line or within the process to reduce reject rates.
• Support overall manufacturing output by resolving process-related problems in a timely manner.

Qualifications

A technical diploma or equivalent qualification is required. The role also calls for at least 2 years of relevant experience.
